We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, credit or refund, the subscription of an indivudal or entity who allows their username and password to be used by any person or parties other then themselves.

We further reserve the right to terminate, without notice, credit or refund, the subscription of an indivudal or entity who disputes a valid credit card or account charge, without first inquiring with our subscriber services personel.

We further reserve the right to terminate, without notice, credit or refund, the subscription of an indivudal or entity who attempts to contact a TrueTeenBabes™ model, staff member or employee outside the confines of this website. This includes attempting to contact models on Myspace.com, by instant messenger or other means.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and by visiting this publication you agree to hold James S. Grady d/b/a Group Five Photosports, TrueTeenBabes™, it's management, owners, contractors, models and employees harmless against any claims you may have as a result of visiting this publication.

By subscribing here you hereby acknowledge that TrueTeenBabes™ uses security software to prevent hacking and password trading. If your username and password have been used by three different computers, ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute period it will be shut off temporarily (5 days minimum). To prevent this, you agree to not give or trade your password to any other persons. More information about our password security system can be found on the Password Page.

You also agree to not distribute any of the stories, videos, interviews, or photographs contained within this publication, in whole or part, without prior written consent from James S. Due to the online nature of this site and the fact that the contents can be downloaded in one day all subscription sales are final and can not be refunded. All access to the site is carefully logged with IP addresses and ISPs being recorded should we need to dispute a chargeback or refund request.

All credit card transactions for a subscription purchase or merchandise order are conducted on our secure server. This ensures that the data between our publication and your computer cannot be read or accessed by any third parties.

To prevent fraudulent subscription or merchandise orders we use IP address / ISP logging, full credit card address verification, and instantly compare the card holder name, address and card number to multiple databases of stolen card numbers, repetitive "refund" or "chargeback" credit card abusers, and subscription site blacklists. Fraudulent card users and abusers will be reported to the proper authorities.
